Diana Sanchez(she/her) is an English major with minors in Rhetoric & Writing in which she uses to fuel her commitment for the continuous advocacy towards diversifying literature. Originally from Mexico and raised in Chicago, Diana is passionate about bringing forth her culture in every room she steps into through storytelling. She believes in the power of education as liberation and strives to share her experiences as a first generation latina in a broader sense through social justice and activism. In her free time, Diana also believes in radical rest through naps while reading a memoir from time to time such as Carmen Maria Machado’s In the Dream House.
