Melissa is a Behavioral Neuroscience major and Wellness Studies minor at Northeastern University. She grew up in upstate New York before seeking new experiences in Boston. On campus, she is a member of Kappa Delta Sorority. In her free time she enjoys creative writing, yoga, and mediation. She has found a passion volunteering to help disabled community members at a hippotherapy farm. She hopes to use her degree to improve the well-being of future patients and recognizes the importance of spirituality and the arts to achieve this.
